I take Target brand too with a DHA Fish oil suppliment. If your vitaman doesn't have omegas in it you REALLY should take a seperate suppliment...the benefits are so huge!
Omegas support healthy development of the brain, eyes, nervous system, immune system...it also reduces the risk of allergies, etc...do some research, it's disappointing that it isn't in every prenatal vitaman.

My doctor prescribed Prenate DHA - But I hate it (too large to swallow, terrible taste in my mouth, upset stomach) so she okay'd me to keep taking the OTC PNV = I think it's Nature Made from Stop n Shop.

rainbow light and fish oil. Your body absorbs food based vitamins best.

Target brand. My midwife recommends Forte, but is fine with that. I'm going to ask her about adding a non-fish-oil DHA supplement.

I would love to take Rainbow Light and I have a bottle of 360 waiting for me, but they make me V-O-M-I-T. So do the Target ones. I'm on a Flinstone each night, and it still makes me feel sick. Gah.

I take the target brand. I think they are easier on the tummy than some. I had been on Walmart brand before I was pregnant and even then they made me want to puke. Apparently it had way too much iron for me.
I asked my doctor about the one a day with the omega stuff and he said it is all hype but I can feel free to support the drug companies... That being said when I run out of these in a bit I plan on switching.

PrimaCare One - Rx from the doctor. They are massive and expensive. I think I might switch back to my Kroger PNVs and take Expecta next month.
